We left to try and stay elsewhere however due to the light festival it was not possible. The 3rd room was slightly better but we only used the room to sleep we spent as little time there as possible as we were really unhappy with the room. Would not recommend it the staff were also extremely slow and showed no sign of apology for our experiences.

I did found this place @ 6 am in the morning and it was a relief. Staff is very nice and they help you out any how.... Plenty of parking space.The best part was that we found a room where all 4 friends can stay together and have fun as mostly the rooms are for 2 people in most of the hotels.
